Eastenders actor Jake Wood has reportedly signed up for this year's Strictly Come Dancing line up.
The soap star - who plays Max Branning in the BBC One soap - will be the latest actor from the show to take to the Strictly dancefloor.
His on screen brother Jack, played by Scott Maslen, and Charlie Brooks, who portrayed Janine Butcher have also both appeared on the series.
And show bosses hope that Jake will do as well as his soap character when it comes to winning over female viewers.
An insider told The Sun newspaper this morning: “EastEnders stars have traditionally done well on Strictly and Jake hopes he can do the same.
“Bosses hope he’ll be a favourite among female viewers, particularly since his soap character is such a hit with the ladies.”
So far the BBC have confirmed three of the Strictly Come Dancing 2014 celebrity contestants with Alison Hammond, Tennis star Judy Murray and The Saturdays' Frankie Bridge all on the show.
As well as Jack, other names rumoured to be joining them include Xtra Factor's Caroline Flack, TOWIE's Mark Wright, singer Pixie Lott and hard man Ross Kemp.
More celebs tipped for the latest run this autumn are Masterchef's Greg Wallace and hunky rugby star Thom Evans.
