Telly presenter Kirstie Allsopp has reportedly been 'banned' from Strictly Come Dancing 2014.
The Location, Location, Location host had been invited to take part in the new BBC series, but the deal was vetoed by Channel 4.
The Daily Star newspaper reports that Kirstie's six-year “golden handcuffs” deal stopped her from taking part.
“It’s a real shame because Kirstie has always made no secret of wanting to do Strictly," a source told the newspaper today. “And the BBC really want her to appear too.
“But she’s under contract with Channel 4 and they just won’t allow her to appear on a BBC series."
They added: “The Strictly people have tried to persuade them but they’ve said it’s no-go.”
Other celebs that have been linked to the new series of Strictly this autumn include Match of the Day football pundit Alan Hansen, TV hard man Ross Kemp, TOWIE's Mark Wright, Capital FM's Dave Berry and Blue Peter's Helen Skelton
The new run of Strictly starts in September on BBC One.
