The professional dancer, who will return for the latest series in the autumn, suggested that Craig Revel Horwood and Bruno Tonioli both needed to go.
She told OK! magazine this week: "Every year they change the dancers and we have new presenters now, so why not swap the judges? They are too comfortable. Let's get them nervous about the next series.
"I love Len because he is from a ballroom background and he is great anyway, and Darcey is lovely too, so I would keep them."
Ola's husband James Jordan has been dropped from the show was a pro dancer this year and she admitted: "I think if Craig had had anything to do with it, James wouldn't have returned a LONG time ago."
Meanwhile, Ola has said that this year's series will be "strange" without either hubby James or legend Sir Bruce Forsyth.
Enjoying the sun and a glass of Gallo Family Vineyards Summer Rosé on London's Southbank, Ola said: "It is going to be strange without James and Brucie this autumn on Strictly but I'm going to stick with it. James is supporting me all the way and I'm sure I'll see Brucie again soon."
She added: "I've been at strictly for almost 10 amazing years now – I'm not planning to leave any time soon but hope to have two beautiful children with James. I'd like a boy and a girl but I'm just excited to be blessed with children."
