James Jordan has 'taken to Twitter' after it was confirmed he will not be on the Strictly Come Dancing 2014 pro line up.
Both James and former Strictly Champion and 2013 series finalist, Artem Chigvintsev, have left the series.
According to the BBC, Artem left the series as he has decided to remain in the USA after featuring in the most recent series of Dancing with the Stars while James has quit Strictly for pastures new after eight series on the show, although his wife Ola will return.
But both dancers claimed that the BBC statement wasn't quite accurate.
On Twitter, Artem revealed he was forced out of the show due to visa issues but was hoping to return in the future.
He wrote: “I want to say thank you to all my followers for your endless support I will miss SCD,UK very very much let’s hope my visa situation will change in the future that is the reason I decide to stay in US to sort my citizenship.”
James Jordan took a swipe at the show: “WELL TWEEPS… Yes it’s true I WILL NOT be returning to ‘BURN THE FLOOR’…. Sorry, I mean ‘Strictly Come Dancing'"
He added: "However do not believe everything the BBC have written in their statement.”
Strictly will return to the BBC in the autumn.
