Susanna Reid has revealed that she doesn't plan to keep on dancing once Strictly is over tonight.
It's the 2013 series final this evening and Susanna is the favourite to be crowned winner.
The mum-of-three admitted: "I've got Strictly tunnel vision.
"Luckily there are other people in my family who have taken over the Christmas planning. I've been keeping my head down.
"I've got my other job as well and I've been trying to see my children as much as I possibly can. Like ay working parent, you just crack on with it. You have to choose whether to let it overwhelm you or stick with it."
More than twelve weeks of training has seen the 43-year-old's body go through quite the change, and it's something she's loving every minute of.
"I'm much stronger and more toned. My tummy is flatter than before I had three kids," Susanna explained. "Parts of me that were fleshy seem to be disappearing - other parts remain fleshy!
"I've run marathons and half-marathons regularly but I've been in such good physical shape."
However despite the benefits, Susanna said she doesn't plan to continue dancing once the series is over.
She said: "I don't think I will [keep dancing].
"It is a very different experience doing it on Strictly to anywhere else. But I'll still be going out dancing, I do love going to clubs!"
The grand final will be on Saturday 21st December at 6:30pm on BBC One and BBC One HD. The Strictly 2013 winner will be revealed in the second show of the evening next Saturday at 8:40pm.
