Strictly Come Dancing's Sophie Ellis-Bextor has revealed she's just about surviving on the show.
With days to go before the final, the popstar has revealed that a knee injury is giving her big problems in training.
“My knee really hurts," the singer explained. “I had to have physio on it three times last week.
“I hope I can go one more week."
She told The Sun newspaper: “I’m sure I will because I’m enjoying myself so much.”
But while Sophie's having to put up with some pain, she's also loving the benefits that the past ten weeks of intense dancing have brought her.
"You do definitely do get more toned. I've actually been compliment on my abs - I love that! That's never happened to me in 34 years," she said.
And Sophie can't wait for all the dancing to continue into the new year after she signed up for 2014's arena tour.
"That feels like a good way to wean myself off it!" Sophie suggested, "I'm a Strictly addict. They'll be pulling the sequins out of my clutches."
The grand final will be on Saturday 21st December at 6:30pm on BBC One and BBC One HD. The Strictly 2013 winner will be revealed in the second show of the evening next Saturday at 8:40pm.
