Eliminated Strictly Come Dancing star Patrick Robinson has said he's more than happy to have bowed out at the semi-final.
Patrick left in last night's Strictly Come Dancing 2013 results after being in the dance off for the second week running.
Speaking about his experience on Strictly, Patrick said: "It has been incredible. I've exceeded and excelled at all of my goals. It's a real bonus to be where I am now."
He said of pro partner Anya Garnis: "Anya is a taskmaster. She's very serious about her work and I appreciate that, absolutely. I wanted to do well for her.
"Maybe if she wasn't so strict I wouldn't have got this far."
Now that he's out of the show, the actor is looking forward to a bit more of a relaxing week ahead, having had to squeeze in rehearsals between his commute from London to Cardiff for filming.
"I wouldn't say it's taken over my life. I'm shooting Casualty at the same time, so I just try to practise the dances whenever I can," he explained.
And Patrick vowed to keep dancing, saying: "I was dancing before the show so it's not something I have to think about. I love dancing and do it wherever I can. This is just more formal with everyone watching."
Patrick's exit leaves Sophie Ellis Bextor, Abbey Clancy, Susanna Reid and Natalie Gumede all standing, ready to compete in the first ever all female Strictly final next weekend.
The grand final will be on Saturday 21st December at 6:30pm on BBC One and BBC One HD. The Strictly 2013 winner will be revealed in the second show of the evening next Saturday at 8:40pm.
