Strictly Come Dancing 2013 favourite Natalie Gumede reckons her acting skills give her the edge over her rivals.
The Coronation Street star revealed she has been using her performance techniques to cover up mistakes from both the audience and the judges.
(Or so she thinks!)
Speaking to the Daily Mirror newspaper, Natalie confessed that Strictly had also made her want to return to the ITV soap.
"I’d love to go back. I’ve missed it and Strictly reminded me of that because it has been a pleasure to act on the dance floor," she said. “I’ve been lucky because I’ve been able to use that and hide my mistakes under the jazz hands.”
Natalie left Corrie earlier this year after her character was sent to prison, and she teased a return shouldn't be ruled out.
“I won’t ever say never to Corrie," Natalie told the newspaper.
But she continued: “I had a great time there but I’d like to try other things first. One of the joys of acting is you never know what the next challenge will be and things often surprise you.”
Strictly's Natalie, who scored a perfect 40 points from the panel last night to top the leaderboard, added: “I don’t know any other life but Strictly right now.
“I’m just enjoying my last few dances on the show and remembering what a joy it is to be here.”
The Strictly Come Dancing 2013 results show airs at the earlier time of 7PM on BBC One tonight.
