Natalie Gumede has admitted she's worried about matching her latest high score on Strictly Come Dancing this weekend.
Last Saturday Natalie and pro partner Artem scored the first tens of the series with their Waltz, collecting a total of 38 points out of 40.
“I was completely overwhelmed," Natalie recalled. "It was such a magical night, the atmosphere was so buzzing and everyone was super excited.
I think with all the costumes and the audience were really pumped up and it was just quite a special night really.”
She added: “I just loved it. I think the whole atmosphere and the concept, we had a real story this week – we try and work on a story every week, but I just loved this week, it just felt really lovely.”
Artem admitted: "I was more happy with nine’s than with ten’s, because it adds more pressure into it from now on doesn’t it?
"The higher the score you get the more difficult to top it up. So people might think ‘you are getting ten’s why aren’t you happy?’ – I am very happy because I am pleased for Natalie, she has done an incredible job and deserves it.
"But them saying that it leaves the question, what are we going to do next, what is the score going to be next week?”
This week Natalie and Artem have the Jive, and she admitted it would be tough to top last week's performance.
“I love it, I can’t wait to get out there and perform it on Saturday, we are dancing it to Proud Mary," she said. "But it is hard – it is fast and furious and if you miss a step it’s kind of all over.”
Artem added "Sometimes a harder routine doesn’t come off as effectively, so you need to find a contrast between light and heavy and shapes, things that make it interesting so I don’t think it is about getting harder, it is about getting it right."
This week Strictly Come Dancing is on Saturday 9th November at 6.30pm and will be marking Remembrance Day, with the results show on Sunday 10th November at 7.20pm on BBC One and BBC One HD.
