Fiona Fullerton has revealed she wants to try hypnosis to battle her Strictly Come Dancing nerves.
Dragons’ Den star Deborah Meaden became the fourth celeb to be leave in last night's Strictly Come Dancing 2013 results, leaving eleven stars battling it out for victory.
Fiona had been the bookies' tip to go but defied the odds, despite the nerves.
“We have been trying to analyse why I do well in dress rehearsal and then go to pieces in the show," she admitted. “I haven’t performed at all for about 19 years, but it’s also a lot deeper than that. When I was an actress I suffered from terrible nerves as well.
“Before the performance last week I was hit by a tsunami of nerves, but I don’t want to keep goofing up as we’re having fun.
“I want to do it to the best of my abilities and not let Anton down. Hypnotherapy could be the answer.”
Speaking to The Sun newspaper today, the former Bond Girl told how she wasn't expecting to win, thanks to all the younger stars!
Fiona, partnered with pro dancer Anton du Beke, explained: “The younger celebrities have a totally different stamina level.
“I’m under no illusions that I’m going to win this thing. I’m in it to have fun and for a personal adventure.”
