Strictly Come Dancing 2013 star Rachel Riley hopes to get back on track this week with the Cha Cha.

The telly host had a tough time with the salsa at the weekend, with just 20 points from the judges for her Salsa, down from the 27 marks she had in the first week.

Rachel confessed: "I did struggle with the salsa I’m not going to lie but I had fun. I did enjoy it and that’s what we set out to do.”

"We had a lot longer for the first [dance], and actually I felt like I really wanted to do the Waltz but Latin just didn’t come so easily to me, it’s not in my body yet, I need a bit more time I think. I need a few more weeks, a bit more training.”

Speaking about this week's dance, Rachel's pro partner Pasha Kovalev: “It’s going really well actually, Rachel came prepared from last week’s comments. She got some Dark chocolate with some chilli peppers in to bring some spice. We are working on it.”

Rachel added: “I am quite busy at the moment. There is no such thing as a day off. It is actually a shame that sleep is getting in the way of training.”

"I love the training, I absolutely love it just sometimes I’m just not there – I am there in body, just not in spirit. So I have got kind of 7.30 call times at work in Birmingham then finish at 7pm then straight to training.”
