Abbey Clancy's footballer husband has been helping her prepare for this week's Strictly Come Dancing.
Abbey and her pro partner Aljaž Skorjanec topped the leaderboard with 32 points from the judges for their Waltz last weekend and they're hoping for a repeat performance this Saturday night.
This time around the pair are doing the Cha Cha, and Abbey's husband Peter Crouch has been giving her a helping hand by training with her at home.
"He thinks he is a good dancer. Aljaz taught him a bit of cha cha," Abbey told Zoe Ball on It Takes Two last night. "His feet are like skis."
Aljaz added: "He picked it up pretty quickly."
And he revealed: "He came in a few times to rehearsals. I knew him since I was little kid because I love football.
"He was even taller than I imagined. We did some football, a kickabout."
Meanwhile, Abbey revealed that she nearly vomited during last weekend's first live show.
"We had three goes at doing it in rehearsals and I messed every single one up," she told the BBC Two spin-off show. "I was petrified. I thought I was going to vomit on the night."
Other dances being performed this week include the Waltz, Salsa, Tango, Charleston and American Smooth.
Strictly returns this Saturday evening from 6:25PM on BBC One, with the first elimination airing on Sunday evening.
