Strictly Come Dancing 2013 judge Craig Revel Horwood has hit out at Alesha Dixon.
Alesha was a judge on the BBC One series after winning the show in 2006, but left to join the Britain's Got Talent panel tow years ago.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror today, Craig didn't have many nice words to say about Alesha's decision to walk away, and claimed he's never heard from her since!
“There are many reasons why Simon Cowell might want to employ Alesha, but I’m sure it’s mainly because she was on Strictly," Craig said.
He bitched: “Before Strictly, Alesha’s career was in the doldrums (I mean, who remembers the hits of Mis-Teeq?).
"She was always ambitious and I think she used the show to raise her profile and now she’s doing what she’s better at, which is talking about pop acts and novelties.”
Craig "wish[ed] her all the luck in the world," but told the newspaper: "I was just upset that she didn’t call or text me.
"After three years, it would have been nice to get a text message to say, ‘It’s been nice working with you.’ But nothing – absolutely nothing!”
He added: “For three years I’d been tirelessly defending her, which wasn’t always easy – especially for the first year, when every single interview was about Arlene and Alesha."
As Craig sits on the panel of Strictly for another series, Alesha will return to Britain's Got Talent in the New Year on ITV.
