Model Abbey Clancy has reportedly been "approached" for this year's series of Strictly Come Dancing.
Abbey, who rose to fame in 2006 on Britain's Next Top Model, is said to be in talks with producers about joining the line up for the show in the autumn.
The 27-year-old, married to England footballer Peter Crouch, is apparently "excited" about taking on the challenge.
“Abbey is in talks with Strictly and things are looking very good," a supposed source told The Sun newspaper today. “She would be great on the show and we’re confident she will sign up.”
The insider added: “Abbey has been approached. She is very excited and we hope to reach a deal soon.”
Strictly Come Dancing returns for its 11th series at the end of the year.
Some of the stars already rumoured to be on the show include former X factor winner Joe McElderry and TOWIE’s Mark Wright, as well as footballer Michael Owen and Cheryl Cole.
Meanwhile both Big Brother host Davina McCall and Mark’s fellow former TOWIE cast member Lauren Pope have said they’d be up for competing.
