Strictly Come Dancing 2013 judge Craig Revel Horwood has hit out at former judge on the show, Alesha Dixon.
The ever critical reality telly panelist claimed that Alesha had made a "terrible mistake" by jumping ship from the BBC series to Britain's Got Talent last year.
He boasted after Strictly's impressive viewing figures last year: “We are the highest-rating show on telly."
And while Craig did have admiration for Alesha after she competed in the show, he said he prefers her replacement Darcey Bussell.
He explained to Radio 5 Live: “Alesha is the only one of that panel that has actually been down those stairs and had to dance in front of 14million people — and she went on to win it.
“But Darcey is a more accomplished judge as she has been a prima ballerina for the past 25 years.”
Meanwhile, Craig hit out the BBC's other reality show The Voice UK, claiming that producers should hide the artists right until the final.
He suggested: “It could work quite easily by people singing behind screens right up until the end and then it is only in the final when the judges don’t have any say that they get to see them.
“I might suggest it to the BBC and make millions!”
Strictly returns to BBC One in the autumn.
