Strictly Come Dancing judge Craig Revel Horwood reckons he's really just a pussycat!
The Aussie choreographer says that while he may be harsh on the panel, it's nothing like what professional dancers have to go through.
No wonder why Denise was never phased by his comments...
Craig said: "You should hear dance teachers in studios, darling, I'm a pussycat in comparison, I promise."
The stingy judge, who was the only member of the panel who refused to give a single ten marks in this week's Christmas special, insisted he was "fair and honest".
He said: "Anyone who's been to threate school or ballet training would tell you it's a really, really tough world out there for professionals.
"I don't think I'm too harsh in my judgement - I'm completely fair and honest."
Craig previously said that the latest series of the show, won by Olympian Louis Smith, was the best yet.
He said: "We do ask whether Strictly has peaked but we are only as good as our celebrities.
“If we get great celebs, we get a great show. And this year we have been lucky — they’ve all brought their personalities and have all been different.”
Craig added: “All the contestants have gelled but as we go on there is a bit of fighting backstage. It’s also a shame there have been no romances between the contestants. Generally there is one every year.”
