Louis Smith has revealed his Strictly Come Dancing 2012 show dance has some mad lifts!
Tonight will see Louis, Kimberley Walsh, Denise Van Outen and Dani Harmer competing in the Strictly final.
The four will be performing up to three times, with the show dance, their favourite routine from the series and a routine selected by the judges.
Speaking from training, Louis admitted: "It does feel strange that this is our last week of training, and I am in the final.”
He teased: “I am excited about the show dance because there aren’t rules or lines that you can’t step over, you can fluctuate between dances and do different stuff, so it has the potential to be a very ‘WOW’ routine.”
The Olympian is set to go topless for the performance and explained: "There is an element of danger involved, and things can go wrong, but it is make or break it is the final, and you have to take risks, but we like to think that we are professional. Strictly is a dancing competition so it is important to incorporate enough dance to compensate the tricks but we are certainly not going to disappoint in this show dance!”
Louis' pro partner Flavia Cacace added: "It has a sort of Rhumba style show dance, but we are going to try some pretty mad lifts.”
"I am really looking forward to it, I think it is our last chance to show off Louis’ skills.”
Meanwhile Louis confessed he was feeling the pressure of being the favourite.
He said: “There is massive pressure on this show dance, that is the reason we are going to go hell for leather and really make it a special dance.”
