Denise Van Outen will be spinning around in her Strictly Come Dancing 2012 show dance tonight.
Tonight will see Louis, Kimberley Walsh, Denise Van Outen and Dani Harmer competing in the Strictly final.
The four will be performing up to three times, with the show dance, their favourite routine from the series and a routine selected by the judges.
Denise's pro partner James Jordan revealed this week: “The show dance can be just about anything you want it to be.
“When I think of a proper show dance, it is built-up with lots of lifts. At one point I think Denise is just spinning for about 30 seconds.”
He confessed: "I have maybe pushed her a little too hard this week, but if we are going to go out then I want to go out fighting. We can do this.”
Speaking from training, Denise herself explained: “James has decides to incorporate moments from our favourite dances as a little showcase of everything that we have done and had good comments for.”
She added: “Physically my body has been through quite a lot, but I'm not worried; I have the following week just to recover.”
Meanwhile, the pair will also be taking on the jive as chosen by the judges.
Denise said: “The judges have picked for us the Jive, which we picked in week two. I am so pleased because it is one of the dances that we both loved dancing.
"The main thing I have been told to work on is the arms by Darcey who said that my shoulders were too high and that I was very tense, so I need to relax a little bit more and bring my shoulders down.”
James admitted: “Although we are very excited to be dancing the Jive, it is so very, very tiring – but do you know what, we have a little bit more fight left in us, and we are just going to give it everything we have got.”
