Strictly Come Dancing 2012: Kimberley Walsh now second favourite to win

Kimberley Walsh (Strictly Come Dancing)

Kimberley Walsh has ousted Denise Van Outen as the second favourite to win Strictly Come Dancing.

Kimberley, Louis Smith, Denise Van Outen and Dani Harmer made it through to the final at the weekend after Lisa Riley was eliminated in the latest Strictly Come Dancing results.

Louis is still the odds on favourite to win, with only himself and Dani having never been in the dance off.

The bookies are now predicting that Denise will be the first to leave on Saturday night, as the final four compete for the glitterball trophy.

Dark pony Dani however could be a surprise contender, having so far avoided the dance off she's now the third favourite after starting the show as an outsider to win.

Louis is the 4/5 odds on favourite to win Strictly Come Dancing but he should be looking over his shoulder as former 25/1 outsider Dani is coming up quickly on the outside and is now 6/1 third favourite.

“Viewers love a story as well as an underdog, Dani fulfils both criteria. At the start of the competition she had two left feet, now she is getting fantastic scores and is a genuine contender,” said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.
