Lisa Riley and her partner Robin Windsor have just missed out on a place in the Strictly Come Dancing 2012 final after becoming the tenth couple to be eliminated.
They ended up in tonight's semi-final bottom two with Denise Van Outen and James Jordan after the judges' scores last night were combined with the public vote.
After performing their highest scoring routines from last night one more time in the dance-off, it was up to the panel to decide who should fall at the final hurdle - and they unanimously chose Lisa and Robin.
Reacting to the result, Lisa commented: "I can’t thank you enough. From the costume to the makeup, everybody backstage is just beyond belief, and all the judges, I’ve had the time of my life. And one person has made that and that’s Robin Windsor.
"He has just been amazing. Having me as a partner is a really, really tough ask and every week, week in week out he’s done it…and he’s helped me through one of the toughest times of my life. I owe every inch of Strictly to him."
Robin also praised Lisa, saying: "Lisa has come out and shown you don’t have to be a certain size to dance, and she’s inspired so many people around the country. She is one of the loveliest, nicest people I’ve ever met."
The results show also saw opera singer Katherine Jenkins perform a jive with her professional partner Mark Ballas, almost seven months after they finished second on the American version of Strictly, Dancing With The Stars.
