Strictly Come Dancing 2012 star Lisa Riley has confessed she's thrilled with her dances for the semi-final tonight.
Just five couples remain in the competition but only four will make it through to next weekend's final.
Tonight will see the celebs left standing dancing two routines each, and it's putting pressure on both the stars and their pro partners.
Dancing the American Smooth and Salsa however, Lisa has been happy in training so far.
She said: "The American Smooth is a dream come true for me, it's got mine and Robin's name written all over it
" There's three lifts but we're doing none, we've got to go away from them else Robin's going to pass out bless him!
"That means our steps have to be completely bob on. I want to work on my arms and get my feet completely correct."
Lisa's second dance is a Salsa to Best Years Of Our Lives by Modern Romance, and she raved: "This week me and Robin have the salsa, it's camp, its exuberant and it's so much fun.
"I just worry about staning on my own feet. I've got to keep the steps intricate and on point."
Lisa added: "We've got to get two dances done and it's so scary, if we don't we're not going to be in the final."
Strictly Come Dancing continues this weekend with the semi-finals on Saturday 15th December at 6.30pm with the results show on Sunday 16th December at 7.30pm on BBC One and BBC One HD.
