Louis Smith has admitted that he's stressed ahead of tonight's Strictly Come Dancing semi-final.
Just five couples remain in the competition but only four will make it through to next weekend's final.
Tonight will see the celebs left standing dancing two routines each, and it's putting pressure on both the stars and their pro partners.
Louis is taking on the Foxtrot as one of his dances and confessed it was testing him, saying: "I struggle to learn one dance, and trying to make it good, now we've got two, it's stressful."

He said: "This week we've the jive which is very energetic, it's a fun dance to do. The jive is non stop there so much going on. It's very tiring and you have to keep the same amount of energy from start to finish.
"People are going to love it and get onto their feet, that's the party vibe we want to get across."
His pro partner Flavia Cacace added: "It's the semi-finals so we now have to give our all, this could be the last chance."
Strictly Come Dancing continues this weekend with the semi-finals on Saturday 15th December at 6.30pm with the results show on Sunday 16th December at 7.30pm on BBC One and BBC One HD.
