Strictly Come Dancing star Louis Smith has admitted he's training more for Strictly than for the Olympics, thanks to Flavia Cacace!
Th gymnast claimed that Flavia was a tasmaster, making him work constantly throughout the day ahead of next week's final, with just a 40 minute break.
The London 2012 medalist even said he was training more for Strictly than he did for the Olympics, but admitted he wasn't keen on the different impact that dancing had on his body compared to gymnastics.
Louis, favourite to win the show this weekend, said: "I'm actually training ore now, because my partner Flavia Cacace only lets me have a 40 minute lunch break.
"She's a taskmaster."
Louis confessed he couldn't wait to get back to his original training regimine, saying he didn't like his new look body.
He said: "my legs are stronger but my upper body's weaker. I'm losing definition, and I don't like it. I can't wait until I have time to get back to the gym"
