Strictly Come Dancing latest: Lisa Riley is injured!

Lisa Riley (Strictly Come Dancing)

Poor Strictly Come Dancing star Lisa Riley has injured her shoulder ahead of Saturday's semi final.

With just one week to learn two dances, time is already short for the celebs, and Lisa has been forced to rest her "salsa shoulder".

The Emmerdale actress told fans on Twitter she was enjoying a relaxing massage to help get over the injury!

She tweeted: "Everyone needs a good shoulder popping!!! Had the most amazing massage ever to sort out my salsa shoulder! Now bedtime for my two dance head."

However the news of the injury doesn't bode well for Lisa, who is the favourite to be eliminated on Sunday night.

Five couples remain but only four can be in the final.

Bookies William Hill make Lisa Riley their Even money favourite to get the boot from Strictly Come Dancing this weekend and they're hoping the judges won't be saving her in the dance off.

“Lisa was by far the best backed contestant in the first three weeks, when she proved to be much better than expected. As a result we have considerable liabilities and we will not be sorry to see her go,” said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.

Louis Smith is the 4/6 favourite to win the show and he is perhaps unbeatable after Chris Evans put the boot into Denise, suggesting she had an unfair advantage as she had danced professionally.
