Louis Smith has confessed he's quickly falling behind in his Strictly Come Dancing 2012 training.
Last week saw Louis impress the panel with his Rumba and Tango mash up, and he confessed: "It was challenging because I knew we had to step it up from last week.
"I was worried if we could pull it off."
Louis has had some problems getting the performance side of his dances mastered, but he told Zoe Ball on It Takes Two last night: "I think I'm starting to get it now, some weeks are harder than others but you have to put so much in, you can't take your foot off the gas, you've got to keep going and going.
His pro partner Flavia Cacace added: "I think we're all so close to the final, this is the hardest week because we've got two dances, everyone is tired but no one wants go out now, we've come so far."
Louis is taking on the Foxtrot Jive for his two routines, and he revealed: "The foxtrot is cool, there's lots of ups and downs, rises and glides, but it's a tricky dance. The jive... we've just started that today [Wednesday].
"Today I came in and I'm tired. It's tough. When I get it wrong I feel like Flavia gets annoyed."
Flavia added: "It's so hard doing two. You're so tired and you have to fight that, you have to do it with energy. We get frustrated."
