The Strictly Come Dancing 2012 celebs are struggling as they learn two dances this week.

Westlife's Nicky Byrne became the latest star to leave the show in Sunday’s Strictly Come Dancing 2012 results, losing in the dance off against Denise Van Outen.

It leaves Denise, Lisa Riley, Kimberley Walsh, Dani Harmer and Louis Smith battling it out for the glitterball trophy.

This weekend will see just one star axed, with four couples in the Strictly final for the first time.

But in order to make it to the last show, the duos will have to take on two dances each for the first time this series.

Girls ALoud's Kimberley tweeted from rehearsals yesterday: "Training done for today! 2 dances in 4 days... aaaarrrrrggghhhh! Can we put more hours in a day please??? #scd #SemiFinal "

Even Denise Van Outen ‏was struggling, admitting: "Learning 2 dances is pretty full on. Feel like my brain is going to explode. 2 dances in training. Confusing and tiring. EEK!! "

Lisa Riley added: "Ok guys I can now tell you about our dances we are doing a Salsa and an American Smooth!! Double Dance ahhhh! But it's looking good!!!

"I think it's fair to say I have certainly got "salsa shoulder"!!!! Ahhhhhh Panadol please!!!!"

Meanwhile, Dani Harmer ‏is having to split her time between rehearsals and panto!

She said: "Well that was a long but very very fun day!! American smooth sorted! Tomorrow Argentine tango! No pressure lol xxx "
