Strictly Come Dancing 2012 judge Darcey Bussell has confessed she's been surprised by how good the celebs are!
Darcey was a new judge on the show this year, replacing Alesha Dixon who moved to Britain's Got Talent.
She said: “I love Strictly, it’s so exciting. As a dancer, I’m usually knackered all the time and now I’m doing a job where I get to sit and be entertained.”
Speaking to TV Times magazine, Darcey confessed: “I’ve been surprised how good the standard of dancing has been and watching the professionals is just phenomenal.”
The ballet star has proved a hit with viewers and producers, having already signed a deal to return next year, and she's loving every second of being on the show.
“Being a judge has definitely been a lot better than I thought it was going to be," she explained. "As the new kid on the block I was pretty nervous to start with!
"But I’m having a really lovely time and the guys [co-judges Bruno Tonioli, Craig Revel Horwood and Len Goodman] have been so gorgeous and helpful, they’ve given me lots of tips. I look forward to every Saturday now.”
