Strictly Come Dancing 2012: Lisa Riley: 'I could be in trouble'

Lisa Riley (Strictly Come Dancing)

Lisa Riley thinks she could be in trouble on tonight's Strictly Come Dancing 2012.

Tonight will see the remaining six celebrities will be taking on the show's first ever dance fusion challenge, dancing two different dance styles in the same routine.

Lisa and pro partner Robin Windsor are dancing a Tango-ChaChaCha to Abba “Voulez Vous”.

The pair have yet to be in the bottom two, but Lisa knows that one bad score could be all it takes to send her home before next weekend's semi finals.

Unfortunately the Emmerdale actress has been struggling in rehearsals despite loving the challenge.

She explained: "I love dance fusion because it's merging a Latin and a ballroom and making a new dance.

"But my brain cannot pick up the steps and when I get angry with myself, I get really angry with myself, I could be in a bit of trouble."

Robin admitted that he was having to push Lisa hard to master the technique this week, with the judges expected to be extra critical.

He said: "This week is all about technique. When I say technique, I'm saying that in massive capital letters.

"Lisa's had a few problems. She's having trouble picking up the most simple of steps."

This week Strictly Come Dancing is on Saturday 8th December at 6.50pm with the results show on Sunday 9th December at 7.20pm on BBC One and BBC One HD.
