Despite this year's line up being made up of seasoned performers and entertainers, they'll all still very nervous backstage.
Kimberley Walsh may have performed for the Queen this year while Louis Smith may have won medals at the London 2012 games, but both have been surprised by the fear the ballroom brings.
“I do genuinely give a damn about how the contestants do,” she told the Daily Telegraph.
Tess, who has been hosting the show alongside Bruce since the first series, described the programme as the perfect job.
But she revealed: “I see them petrified in the morning, sitting in make-up, mute and waiting to get it over with.
"They’ve slogged their guts out most of the time."
The blonde beauty added: "You get to know them and you see pictures of their kids, and they meet your kids.”
