Strictly Come Dancing 2012 star Denise Van Outen has admitted she's struggling with her Salsa this weekend.
The West End star has been top of the leaderboard for the past four weeks, having scored the first tens of the series back at Wembley.
This weekend will see Denise and pro partner James Jordan dancing the Salsa to Rhythm Of The Night by Valeria, and it's not going too well in training.
Speaking on It Takes Two earlier this week, Denise said: “This week we are doing the Salsa. Out of all the dances that I have done on Strictly, Salsa is definitely the one I am struggling with the most.
"For me it doesn’t come naturally at all. I am not used to just letting my hips swing, my hair swish about, keeping my arms all relaxed.”
James added: “Salsa is one of the toughest dances. It’s very, very difficult to make it look good. Denise is really struggling with the Salsa, and to be completely honest with you, I am struggling with it a bit too.
“I don’t know if I am going to still be in one piece on Saturday night. She has put her heel on the inside of my shin, she has hit me on the nose with her knee, and those are just the ones that are by mistake”
Denise admitted: “I really, really want to enjoy the Salsa because I know it can be a really fun dance.
"But I can’t guarantee that my hips will be working their magic on the dance floor.”
This week Strictly Come Dancing is on Saturday 1st December at 6.50pm with the results show on Sunday 2nd December at 7.20pm on BBC One and BBC One HD.
