Kimberley Walsh is aching all over from her Strictly Come Dancing 2012 training.
The Girls Aloud star has previously confessed that trying to squeeze rehearsals into her already busy schedule was proving difficult.
Speaking on It Takes Two earlier this week, she said: “I think my body is like ouch stop!
"The hip is getting a little bit better but I am aching everywhere now.
"I dance, dance, dance and then I seize up for a while... then I dance again.
"I think we have to keep doing it and try to keep the stamina up.”
The weekend saw Kimberley score top marks with her Samba, despite some picky comments from the judges.
She said: “I think it is my favourite dance so far, I loved it, I really enjoyed it. I really enjoyed the performance at the time, which is hard sometimes with the nerves but I actually did.”
This week will see Kimberley take on a Jive to Land of 1000 Dances by Wilson Picket with pro partner Pasha, and the Bradford beauty is struggling.
“It is really, really hard," she admitted when discussing training this week. "To keep that energy up for seven hours straight, it’s hard but I really love it.”
This week Strictly Come Dancing is on Saturday 1st December at 6.50pm with the results show on Sunday 2nd December at 7.20pm on BBC One and BBC One HD.
