Strictly Come Dancing 2012 star Kimberley Walsh has revealed she's undergone physio for an injured hip.
It follows the Girls Aloud star's injured knee two weeks ago that almost cost her a spot in the competition after she was in the bottom two.
Fortunately Kimberley was able to recover and last week was on top form with her Salsa.
"It was so much fun, the crowd were absolutely amazing, you could feel the energy," Kimberley said of performing at Wembley Arena. "It's a really hard dance and it helped me through."
But the singer admitted she was nervous in the results show about having to face the dance off for a second week running: "I was so terrified, I was literally squeezing Pasha's hand and began mentally preparing myself."
This weekend Kimberley and Pasha will dance the Tango to When Doves Cry by Prince, but Kimberley is having a tough time acting.
"It's very serious and you can't keep that serious all the time. When Pasha looks at me so seriously, I just laugh," she joked. "There is a story, it's like a couple who has a little argument and runs away with another man.... maybe Bruno or Len!"
Kimberley, who insisted her hip injury was now "fine", added: "I would love to move up a little bit with our scores, we're going to go for it tonight."
Meanwhile, the Bradford beauty said she enjoyed performing with her Girls ALoud bandmates on last week's results show.
The group wowed with their new single Something New, as they played to a crowd of more than 6,000 at Wembley.
"It was a full on week end for me and it was nice to bring the two worlds together," she said. "They're really encouraging me!"
Strictly Come Dancing 2012 continues tonight, Saturday, 24th November at 18:30 with the latest Strictly results show on Sunday 25th November at 1925 on BBC One and BBC One HD.
