Strictly Come Dancing 2012's Kimberley Walsh has been gushing about her support from Cheryl Cole.
Kimberley's Girls Aloud bandmate has joined her on the show for the past two weeks, with the group performing during last Sunday's Wembley special.
Girls Aloud recently reunited and it's fair to say Kimberley has had a tough schedule to stick to over the past two weeks, with gigs, interviews and promo for the band's new album.
However Kimberley revealed: "Cheryl has been right with me every step of the way.
"It's been tricky to balance all our Girls Aloud commitments and train for Strictly, but Cheryl always said she'd make it down to see me."
Curvy Kimberley was hardly unfit before starting the show, but even she admitted that the constant rehearsals have given her a body overhaul.
She added to Closer magazine: "It's nice toning up when you don't feel like you've had to work at it - dancing never feels like an effort. When I look down at my legs, I think, 'Wow, they look smaller!'"
This weekend will see Kimberley and her pro partner Pasha dancing the Tango to When Doves Cry by Prince.
Strictly Come Dancing 2012 continues Saturday, 24th November at 18:30 with the latest Strictly results show on Sunday 25th November at 1925 on BBC One and BBC One HD.
