The London 2012 Olympic star has lost 11 pounds in training so far, but isn't happy.
She confessed: "My body shape has changed quite a lot and I do feel quite sad. I used to have quite muscly legs and I was quite proud of them."
This week Victoria and her pro partner Brendan will be taking on the Salsa, dancing to Robbie William's hit Candy.
Victoria revealed: "It's quite amusing, so hopefully it'll be entertaining but I'm not sure about my Latin ability."
Last weekend saw Victoria land bottom of the leaderboard with her Paso Doble, but she insisted it was a fun experience.
"I had fun, I was quite worried about getting stuck up in the rafters on the bicycle," Vitoria said. "I'm fine with heights, I was more concerned about getting the harness off in time."
But the Olympic gold medalist admitted she struggled to play the role of the entertainer at Wembley Arena.
She told It Takes Two host Zoe Ball last night: "Wembley was a lot bigger than the studio and any rehearsals, it's a big space to fill and I'm not a performer so I just wished I had to cycle around in circles!"
Victoria added: "When my name was called out to go through to this week I could not be more so grateful."
