Strictly Come Dancing pro James Jordan has been left injured after a bad rehearsal!
The hunky ballroom performer hurt his ankle at the weekend ahead of his dance with celeb partner Denise Van Outen.
James went ahead and performed live with Denise, but had to pull out of training sessions with the West End star this week.
Instead, former pro Ian Waite has returned to give Denise a helping hand this week throughout training.
It's currently hoped that James will be well enough to return and learn this week's routine with Denise by the end of the week.
Updating followers on his injury, James tweeted this week "Can't walk right now! Oops.. Fell down a step onto my ankle. Then had to dance with Denise and do the pro dance."
After a visit to the doctors, he later added: "GOOD NEWS!!! Nothing broken....but I've been told it doesn't look good. But I know I'll be fine soon..!
"7 years on Strictly I've never missed a show or training through injury! This year my eye, nose and now ankle! I blame you @denise_vanouten."
A source told The Sun this morning: "No one realised how bad James’ ankle was until after Saturday’s show. He can barely walk let alone dance.
“Ian is a great dancer and James is directing them — but it’s not the same.
“Denise is really worried about him, she can’t believe how much pain he’s in – and how much groaning he’s doing.”
This week Strictly Come Dancing is on Saturday 10th November at 6.30pm with the results show on Sunday 11th November at 7.25pm on BBC Oneand BBC One HD.
