Strictly Come Dancing 2012: Kimberley Walsh to fly for her salsa!

Kimberley Walsh (Strictly Come Dancing)

Kimberley Walsh will fly through the air on Strictly Come Dancing this weekend.

The Girls Aloud star will follow Anne Widdecombe by being hoisted off the ground during her routine with pro dancer Pasha Kovalev.

Kimberley will be lifted above the dance floor as she performs a saucy salsa in the latest live show, in a bid to improve upon her 31 points from last week.

In an interview with Look magazine this week, Kimberley was forced to insist that other half Justin Scott isn’t concerned by her raunchy routines with the Strictly pro on the BBC One series.

Responding to tabloid claims of the opposite, Kimberley said: “He [Justin] doesn’t have any issues with us dancing together.

“It’s everybody else who seems to have the issue! This is what I do. I’m an actress as well. I’ve done loads of things with people on stage, and danced with men on tours. Justin gets it. He’s so comfortable and confident – that’s why I love him.”

Meanwhile Kimberley revealed that her Girls Aloud pal Cheryl Cole had yet to visit her on the show, saying she wanted to make sure her moves were perfect!

While Nicola Roberts and Nadine Coyle have both visited Kimberley on set, she revealed: “Last Saturday Cheryl was like: ‘Shall I come, shall I come?’ and I said: ‘Give me a few more weeks to settle into It.’ So she watched it at home. I feel I need to focus on what I’m doing – it’s hard to remember everything.”

Tune in to next week’s show on Saturday 3rd November at 6.30pm for Strictly Come Dancing with Strictly Come Dancing: The Results on Sunday 4th November at 7.20pm on BBC One and BBC One HD
