Strictly Come Dancing star Michael Vaughan has hit out at the show's judges for always criticising him.
Speaking to the Metro newspaper this week, the former England cricket captain complained at the lack of feedback from the panel.
"I don't put 20-odd hours in practising every week just to get to that final stage and [have] the judges... crucify you," he said. "I just want them to say all my hard work is paying off, that's what I'm after," he continued. "Darcey and Len said I'd improved last week and that's what it's all about. Every week you get a little better."
Last week saw Michael in the bottom two, and he said he was determined to avoid the same fate again this weekend.
"I've trained harder in this week than I ever did in cricket because I've had to," he said. "Hopefully I'll be in time. Hopefully I'll get off to a good start.
"I'm going to try to keep my posture upright and I'll just hope my quickstep goes to sync."
All the extra training certainly paid off, with Michael scoring a huge 31 points out of 40 last night, ahead of favourites such as Denise Van Outen.
Strictly Come Dancing continues tomorrow night on BBC One with the latest results show.
