Louis Smith has revealed he's been close to collapse in training for Strictly Come Dancing 2012.
The superfit Olympian has been working hard with pro partner Flavia Cacace, who hasn't been letting Louis out of rehearsals all week!
"The pace is crazy. I have not hurt myself while dancing but I think I have mental fatigue - there is just so much information to take in," he said.
The silver and bronze medalist from the London 2012 games told Peterborough Today: “In the intervals between dance practice I just want to lie on the floor and sleep.
He added: “When I started I was dancing for five hours a day. But on Monday it was eight hours and the same on Wednesday and it was six hours on Thursday.”
However it sounds like all the effort will be worth it, as Louis and Flavia prepare for their Halloween performance.
The pair will be dancing a tango to Rihanna’s Disturbia to impress the judges and viewers at home to stay in the competition.
He teased to the newspaper: “There will be a little trick in the routine. We plan to include something extra in each routine as we think it will give us that extra edge in the competition.”
