Strictly Come Dancing star Michael Vaughan has said he's training harder than ever to avoid the bottom two again this week.
The former England cricket captain had to compete in the dance off last Sunday night, but admitted he wasn't that nervous.
He said today: "So it was my first Strictly dance-off last week, doing my Full Monty cha-cha-cha. I thought I’d be really stressed but actually I just kind of relaxed, and I know I danced better in the dance-off than I did in the main show."
Saved by the judges, this week Michael and his pro partner Natalie are doing the quickstep.
Writing in his diary for the Daily Telegraph, Michael said: "We’re doing the quickstep this week and I reckon the ballroom stuff suits me better, the top hat and tails and all that kind of stuff.
"We’re dancing the quickstep to the classic Old Black Magic. There’s a Hallowe’en theme and I’ll be a magician, but we don’t tell a story, it’s all about the dance. The balls of my right foot have been killing me in training. There’s jumping and hopping, the quickstep’s quick..."
Michael added: "This week I’ve trained harder than I ever had in my life, on anything. I really don’t want to leave at the weekend."
