The Strictly Come Dancing 2012 live shows continue tonight, and we're bloody excited abouti it!

This weekend’s pick and mix line up of performances will see the remaining celebs dancing to either a Cha Cha Cha, Foxtrot, Jive, Salsa and Viennese Waltz.

Although, that assumes they'll make it to the dancefloor.

There's already worries for Denise Van Outen, who managed to suffer whiplash during her jive.

“It’s week two and I’ve been practicing the jive and I’ve suffered my first Strictly injury," she said. “I’ve got mild whiplash and I literally cannot turn my head left, right, up or down, which isn’t good for the jive and I’m in quite a lot of pain.

"I’m just hoping that for the live show I’ll be alright.”

Also struggling is Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh, who's taking on a foxtrot with pro partner Pasha Kovalev.

She said this week: “I do love the foxtrot but I’m just finding it hard to learn in 3 to 4 days.

“We only ran it today without messing up for the first time!”

Meanwhile Nicky Byrne and Sid Owen were both trying to get over their nerves earlier today ahead of tonight's latest live show.

Westlife star Nicky tweeted: "On way to the beeb for SCD, Here we go again another Saturday another me counting in my head all day dealing with nerves,Cmon! Ok,Let's roll."

And Eastenders actor Sid added: "Thanks for all your good luck messages. Here we go again. Getting very nervous about tonight, very tricky routine. Enjoy. X"

Looking ahead to tomorrow's first elimination, and Johnny Ball has been tipped to exit.

Unfortunately for the veteran TV star his time on Strictly looks set to come to an end as he's currently chalked up as the 9/4 favourite to leave on Sunday night, or there's a 5/2 chance Richard Arnold returns to the Daybreak sofa next week to critique his fellow dancers.

Louis Smith remains the 9/4 favourite to win the show, but with close rival Denise van Outen a doubt for the show, her odds of 3/1 could soon drift out should Kimberley Walsh (10/3) impress the judges.

Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: "All the pressure's on Louis but whoever scores close to 40 on Saturday will foxtrot their way towards favouritism."
