Strictly Come Dancing 2012: Jerry Hall doing the least training (no surprise!)

Jerry Hall (Strictly Come Dancing)

Jerry Hall has admitted she's doing the least training for Strictly Come Dancing 2012.

The self-confessed lazy supermodel said yesterday she was dong the "contractual minimum" amount of rehearsals with pro partner Anton Du Beke.

And that minimal effort earned Jerry minimal points on last weekend's first live shows, with the judges awarding the leggy model 18 out of 40.

But the 56-year-old did reveal she has upped the training ahead of Saturday's second show... by 30 minutes.

She told Loose Women: "I was training the least of any of the contestants, I was doing the contractual minimum, since last week I’ve added on 30 minutes.

"It’s a bit of fun. I’m not a dancer. People don’t mind as long as you make an effort. Get up more than you fall down."

Speaking on the ITV1 show about Anton, Jerry gushed: "I’m loving it and I love my dance partner. He’s so polished, charming.

"He’s got poise. I adore him. He gives me compliments all the time, building my confidence and will say "Oh that’s good, we’ll keep that in," because it is quite scary learning a dance and then doing it in front of millions of people."

Strictly Come Dancing 2012 continues this Saturday night on BBC One, with all of the celebs performing their second dance. The first results show will follow on Sunday, with one celeb getting the boot!
