Strictly Come Dancing star Louis Smith has thanked his professional partner Flavia Cacace for being so patient with him!
The pair will be dancing a Cha-Cha-Cha on for the first performance on the live shows next month.
Speaking to the Belfast Telegraph today, Louis said: "It's good fun but it's hard work. We had our first training session today, she's being quite patient with me. She seems pleased, I hope so.
"She was alright, I think that's because it's the first day. The Cha Cha is quite complex, there's a lot to remember, it's done really quick so there's a lot of footwork, but it's good."
The gymnast said he was keen to avoid putting in any stunts into his performances just yet, but admitted that there could be a few backflips if he gets far enough in the competition!
"I'm sure we're going to incorporate some gymnastics somewhere along the series, but we want to go quite far just by doing dancing and see how far we can get," he said.
Meanwhile Louis was keen to avoid being labelled as favourite, despite being the bookies tip to win already.
During the premiere show punters instantly piled into his chances of winning this year's series thanks to his early acrobatics on the dance floor, as well as being partnered with Flavia, and he now finds himself chalked up as the 5/2 favourite.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: "Louis only had to perform a couple of back flips and somersaults and punters have already ditched Denise in favour of the Olympian."
However Louis brushed it all off, saying: "It's just added pressure really isn't it?"
