Louis Smith is the new favourite to win the Strictly Come Dancing according to Ladbrokes.
During last night's premiere show punters instantly piled into his chances of winning this year's series thanks to his early acrobatics on the dance floor, as well as being partnered with Flavia, and he now finds himself chalked up as the 5/2 favourite.
Initial jolly Denise van Outen has drifted out slightly in the betting to 11/4, however it's Victoria Pendleton who's the biggest market mover of the series to date as her odds have been slashed in half to 7/1 from 14/1 since the line-up was announced a week ago.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: "Louis only had to perform a couple of back flips and somersaults and punters have already ditched Denise in favour of the Olympian."
The Strictly Come Dancing 2012 live shows begin on October 5.
