Strictly Come Dancing star Louis Smith has said that the show will be able to give the same "adrenalin buzz" as the Olympics.
The Gymnast took away two medals from the London 2012 games, including the UK's first medal in male team gymnastics is over 100 years.
Now Louis is turning his attention to the ballroom, and reckons it'll be just as exciting and challenging.
"It's a very prestigious show, it's definitely one of the best shows on TV at the moment, and I think it?s an honour as well as being great fun to be part of the show," he said.
"Coming off the back of the Olympics and having been on such a high, I think this is one of the only shows that can match that in terms of the adrenalin buzz and being part of something special."
Asked what he is looking for from his professional dance partner, Louis replied: "Someone to be very strict and keep me on the straight and narrow! I need someone who's not shy about putting in the hours in training.
"I don't think me being a gymnast means I'm going to do amazingly well, I'll have to learn the routines and you can make mistakes, you can trip. I tried on the Latin dance shoes and nearly rolled my ankle! It'll be tough but I'd like to think the girls will be fighting over me!"
Louis will find out who her professional dance partner is on Saturday night when [cat c="strictly come dancing"]Strictly Come Dancing 2012[/cat] starts on BBC One at 6:30PM.
