The Saturdays star Una Foden has been left with a broke toe in training for Splash! 2014.
The singer is one of a new batch of celebs being taught how to dive by Olympic star Tom Daley.
But it seems things went wrong during rehearsals for the live shows this week, leaving the Irish beauty having to put her feet up at home.
"Una has been putting everything into her training but is having to take it as easy as possible right now because she’s been in a lot of pain," an insider explained.
They added to the Daily Mirror newspaper:"She wasn’t even jumping off the board when it happened. She was practising landing in foam in a ‘dry dive’ area and her foot just buckled.”
Una herself tweeted: “I’ve had a broken baby toe for a couple of weeks. I know it’s the poorest excuse for a moan ever but boy does it hurt.”
Una isn't the first casualty of this year's series, with TV presenter Rav Wilding ruling himself out of the show completely after hurting his leg.
The former copper injured himself in training for the ITV series, which kicks off its second run next month.
Rav explained: “I was genuinely loving the opportunity to learn an Olympic event that I had admired since I was a little kid, so I’m bitterly disappointed to get injured in this way.
“I am very much looking forward to watching the series when it starts!”
Splash! 2014 will start this Saturday night with its first heat.
