Team GB Olympic diving coach and Splash! head judge Andy Banks has claimed that the show will definitely return for a second series.
The talent contest - which sees London 2012 bronze medallist Tom Daley teach a group of celebrities how to dive - ended its first run last night, with the public voting former ski jumper Eddie 'The Eagle' Edwards the winner.
It attracted decent ratings, with an average of 5.4million viewers tuning in across the series - and unsurprisingly it seems ITV have been quick to recommission.
Responding to followers on his Twitter page, Andy - who sits on the panel alongside comedienne Jo Brand and silver medallist diver Leon Taylor - said the broadcaster 'confirmed today' that Splash! will be back.
His comments come after a report claimed that chiefs have offered the Aquatics Centre at London's Olympic Park as a venue for future series.
However, ITV has yet to officially announce the news.
Splash! is based on the hit Dutch format Sterren Springen. An American version - starring names such as Drake Bell and Kendra Wilkinson - will debut on ABC in March.
