Omid Djalili's odds of winning Splash! have drastically tumbled according to Ladbrokes.
Following his opening dive in the new Saturday night TV show the bookies are taking no chances with the comedian and have slashed his odds to 5/1, having started the series as a 40/1 outsider.
Despite facing the splash-off Jake remains the favourite at 11/4 with Olympic boxer, Anthony Ogogo, next in line at 4/1.
And after receiving more than 6m viewers in the opening show the firm have been forced to cut the odds of the final beating last year's X Factor showdown to 4/1 (from 8/1).
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: "Omid's odds plummeted quicker than he did off the 10m board and his swan dive has firmly secured his place as a competition favourite."
