Judge of So You Think You Can Dance Arlene Phillips has revealed there is still hope for the BBC One reality series, insisting that no decision on the future of the programme has been made yet. With the final of the dancing competition tonight, Arlene said it was "anybody's guess" if she'd be back.

Dancers Matt Flint, Luke Jackson, Kirsty Swain and Katie Love will all compete in tonight's live final show, which will also feature performances from American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez.

This second series of the show however has been hit by low ratings, with the results show dipping to just 2.2 million viewers last week.

Arlene Phillips revealed the future of the show was in the hands of boss Nigel Lythgoe. "It's Nigel's show - I know there is a meeting in four weeks and who knows - it can be anybody's guess," she said.

"It's quite a classy show but they will decide - powers way above me will decide and it will be what it will be."

The So You Think You Can Dance final will air from 7:15PM tonight on BBC One.
