Cat Deeley and judges Nigel Lythgoe, Arlene Phillips, Louise Redknapp and Sisco Gomez continue the search to find Britain's favourite dancer with the fourth programme – and the first live edition – of So You Think You Can Dance 2011 UK tonight on BBC One and BBC HD!
The finalists have been whittled down from thousands of entrants and the dancers need to go all out to make that crucial first impression. With all 20 finalists showcasing their talents and proving to the public that they've got what it takes, the heat is on.
This week it's a 'Meet The Top 20' show which sees contestants dancing in a curtain-raising group extravaganza in which they are grouped with dancers sharing their specialism. Routines include contemporary, hip-hop, jazz and Broadway, and there's the chance to see the boys and the girls in separate routines.
Ultimately it's the public who will decide which dancer is worthy of realising their dreams of dancing in Hollywood and who deserves to take home the cash prize at the end of the competition. But for this weekend only, none of the dancers will face the prospect of elimination, so there's a chance for viewers to sit back and relax as they get to know a bit more about them.
With 20 dancers however the pressure is on to stand out from the crowd with their routine. Who will manage to make the moves work and who will be left facing the wrath of Nigel Lythgoe? Find out tonight from 7:10PM on BBC One.
