Bear Grylls' Mission Survive is down to its final three celebrity contestants - but who will win?
Over the past five weeks Bear has put a group of celebs through their paces as he's tried to teach them how to live in the wild.
The all star cast have faced challenges ranging from drinking their own pee to eating rats, abseiling down cliffs and last week took part in a session of rectal rehydration.
Each week Bear has said goodbye to the celebrity he felt was least able to survive and this week he'll crown one winner, the ultimate Mission Survive.
Here's a recap of who's left in the competition.
England Footballer Alex has proven to be pretty hardcore on every step of Mission Survive so far, and she's super keen to win.
"For myself, but also for women's football," Alex said. "I really want to promote the sport and show people what we do. But mostly, I just want to enjoy this amazing experience. I don't know about eating the crazy stuff, but everything else sounds brilliant.
Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner has been branded 'his own worst enemy' by Bear, with the choreographer at times a little too eager.
Jason has overcome a number of fears during his time on Mission Survive, saying: "It's survival of the fittest, and I don't think you can have boundaries. I've got to imagine this is real and if it was, would I do it? If it was life or death, would I eat it, would I jump?"
West End theatre star Samantha has been praised by Bear for her good ideas but told she needs to speak up more, being warned she's been a "mouse" in the team.
"I would love to win," said Sam. "I don't think I'm massively competitive, but people who have played charades with me might disagree!"
The Mission Survive 2016 final airs Thursday night on ITV at 9PM.
